He is an active member and current president-elect of the Public Relations Society of America (Thoroughbred Chapter) and serves on the board of directors for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Bluegrass. He is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys golf, and is a former collegiate tennis player.
Ryan grew up in Toledo, Ohio, and graduated from Toledo Christian Schools. He received his B.A. in Business Management from Asbury College and now resides in Lexington, Kentucky.

Neal Schultz knew early in his high school years at Lexington Christian Academy that he wanted to pursue a degree relating to business. Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs, a firm foundation was laid for helping small businesses develop their ideas and reach the highest level of productivity and profitability.
As a graduate of Asbury College with a B.A. in Accounting, Neal has a strong understanding of finance and efficient business management. He has extensive experience working with small businesses to achieve their fiscal goals and shares That One Company’s vision of providing clients with the absolute best service and solutions available.
Neal is a member of the Michigan Society of CPA’s, takes every opportunity to get outdoors, and enjoys playing golf.
Neal grew up in Wilmore, Kentucky and now lives in Plymouth, Michigan.
